Hi there, I’m Michelle Hawley, Principal Consultant at MissionMove Strategies. With over 25 years of experience in event development, marketing, community engagement, I specialize in building sustainable fundraising strategies for nonprofits and education foundations. My passion lies in helping organizations—especially those supporting students and teachers—achieve long-term success and impact.

I bring extensive knowledge in Texas nonprofit law and a comprehensive background in event planning, production, fundraising. My event experience ranges from major festivals like SXSW to local community events, school district fundraisers, and foundation galas. I’ve also partnered with student clubs and nonprofit organizations to provide strategic advice that ensures long-term sustainability and meaningful fundraising outcomes.

During my time with the Liberty Hill ISD Education Foundation, I served as Vice President of Marketing & Events and Community Relations & Development Manager from 2019-2023. I spearheaded initiatives that generated over $350,000 in annual revenue within the foundation's first few years. This included key events like the Make the Difference Gala and Derby on the Hill, both of which saw sustained growth and increased community engagement.

At MissionMove Strategies, I partner with organizations and their boards of directors to create strategic roadmaps for fundraising success.
